Handling,delivery times and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 or 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via either the Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Transit time is normally 2-3 working days.

Please note that a signiture will be required on all Parcel Force deliveries and a high percentage of Royal Mail deliveries.It is our company policy not to ask for a package that requires a signiture to be left unsigned for in a garage,behind a bin etc.Any such request from a customer can invalidate any claim in the event of a loss.If a customer is out and misses the courier the item can be left with a neighbour or the courier will leave a  note explaining a possible collection from a sorting office,post office or depot.If any problems contact us and we can forward details.

Please note that Royal Mail items are classed as missing only after 10 working days.

Parcel Force lost items are now a rare occurence due to there state of the art tracking system in the rare event of loss or damage Parcel Force claims are dealt with on an induvidual basis.

If your order is urgent its always best to contact us by telephone or email to check if the item will arrive in time.We will do our best to meet your requirements.

If there is a hold up for an item thats out of stock or other reasons (Postal Strike for example)we will email you a message keeping you up to date on the estimated delivery date.

If for any reason you wish to return an item to us please note the following-

Exchanges-

For an exchange colour or size etc please return an item to us within 14 days of receiving the item.Please ensure the item is sent back in the same condition as supplied with all relevent packaging and labels etc still intact.Please enclose a note explaining the item required in exchange along with a copy of your order details.

Refunds-

If a refund on an item if required please return it to us again in the condition supplied with its packaging(if applicable) stating your requirements and a copy of your order details.We must receive an item within 14 days of you receiving the item for a refund to be processed.Please note that P+P costings are non refundable and a refund is only done by reverse of the original transaction method.
